I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If it is not what you expected, please contact me by email or phone (see the Contact Me page) and I'll work out a solution with you.

If an item breaks, again please contact me.  I am happy to repair (free of charge) where possible, or replace, or refund - whatever you prefer - including any return postage costs.

I take a lot of care with my selection of materials, and with workmanship, but sometimes ... things just happen!
